Even at the stage of choosing a legal form, ideally the future expectations and the fiscal consequences of those expectations are taken into account.

Switching to a different legal form at a later date is, of course, possible, but with a view to tax consequences, a switch can turn out unfavorably.

Tax planning also plays a role as soon as you want to expend your business to outside the Netherlands. This brings new obligations, but also new opportunities. Every country has its own tax system, together with a local advisor we can make optimal tax choices.
